Closed Bid Auction Items

Posted On: March 26, 2026

Organizations adapt to changes in the community and regulations by government. For those reasons, we are hosting a closed bid auction, instead of a raffle, this year. Please pay attention to the minimum bid for each item. Closed bids will close at 2 pm to allow for the sorting of the bids and the contacting of winners. If there is a tie for the highest bid, a draw will be made to determine the winner.

The following are a list of the items available for bids. We encourage everyone to check them out, make a bid and enjoy the product or service if your bid is successful.#1: Matilda & 3 small terracotta snails, Anonymous donation; #2: Campfire Quilt, donated by D. Rutledge; #3: Golf balls & Ladies Gloves, Anonymous donation; #4: 2 tickets to Solidaridad Tango, Donated by Venables Theatre; #5: Desert Reels 5 pass package, Donated by The Oliver Theatre; #6: Family Movie Pass for 4, Donated by The Oliver Theatre; #7: Food Basket, Donated by Oliver Eats; #8: Landscape Painting, Donated by L. Payne; #9: Handmade Purse, Donated by D. Worth; #10: Painted Shelf with Mirror, Donated by OK Falls Furniture; #11: Easter Candy Vase, Anonymous donation; #12: Crochet Hook & Knitting Needle Holders, Donated by S. Matheson: #13: Diamond Art Cardinal, Donated by L. Guenther.

Income from this Closed Bid Auction and the Flower Sale will be donated to organizations in our community that support women and children. Please be generous.
