This award of $1,000 is now four years old. It was created to be given to a woman who has decided to further her education to enrich and improve the quality of life for herself and her family.
WOW was delighted to present the 2018 Education Award to ROCHELLE NEWSTEAD, who is in the final semester of the Practical Nursing Program, and will graduate in May. She lives in Oliver with her husband and four children. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors.
